		<description>I don&#039;t remember where I saw it (or if) but I thought I saw somewhere that although global surface temps overall were low this year (relative to the last few), surface temps in the Siberian Arctic region were exceptionally  warm this year (compared to both long term and near term averages).

I wonder how long I&#039;ve got before our property in FL is worthless.</description>
